# Teams and organizations

Every account belongs to an Aroundtime organization. Organizations group members, meeting types, enterprise access settings, and scheduling administration.

## Roles

| Role | Capabilities |
| --- | --- |
| Owner | Full organization, SSO, SCIM, member, and meeting-type administration. |
| Admin | Manage members, enterprise connections, and organization meeting types. |
| Member | Create and manage personal meeting types within the organization. |

A member may customize a meeting type they own. Organization owners and admins may manage meeting types owned by other members.

## Invite a teammate

1. Open **Organization**.
2. Enter the teammate's work email.
3. Choose Member or Admin.
4. Select **Send invitation**.

Aroundtime sends a transactional invitation email containing a secure acceptance link. The invited person must sign in using the invited email address before accepting.

## Multiple organizations

The dashboard displays every organization the account belongs to and the role held in each. The active workspace controls which meeting types and enterprise settings are shown.

## Account provisioning

Members may enter an organization through:

- A direct email invitation.
- SSO organization provisioning.
- SCIM provisioning from an enterprise identity provider.

SCIM deprovisioning removes the organization membership without deleting a user who may still belong to another organization.
