# Quickstart

Aroundtime coordinates availability across calendars and time zones. This guide takes you from a new account to a shareable booking page.

1. **Create your account**

Open [Aroundtime](https://aroundtime.co/sign-in?mode=register) and register with your work email and a password, or continue with Google. Email sign-in automatically checks the domain and redirects to your organization's SSO provider when one is configured.
2. **Choose your scheduling address**

Pick the user-owned slug used by every meeting type you publish, for example `aroundtime.co/book/alex/product-intro`. This is a public routing identity, not a login credential. Meetings remain attached to your organization for permissions and future billing.
3. **Connect Google Calendar**

During onboarding, choose **Connect Google**. Approve the calendar read and event permissions, then select the calendars that should block availability. Aroundtime stores a refresh token so synchronization continues without asking you to reconnect on every login.
4. **Set working hours**

Confirm the timezone detected by your browser or search for another IANA timezone. Select your working days, start time, and end time.
5. **Publish a meeting type**

Go to **Meeting types → New meeting type**. Set the duration, booking window, minimum notice, and description. After creation, customize the questions on its dedicated booking-form page.

> **Test as a guest**
>
> Open the booking page in a private browser window. Dates and times are shown in the guest's local timezone.
